Cancellation and No-Show Policy
All requests for withdrawal must be received by CPS Inc. in a minimum of five (5) working days prior to course commencement date. Such requests must be made by phone or in writing to the Registrar in the Calgary office. Requests made on Email to firstname.lastname@example.org will also be accepted.
Failing to provide at least five (5) working days notice of your intention to withdraw will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the course fee (minimum $50). Students who withdraw after commencing class or who fail to attend classes without notification (No Shows) will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions will be allowed up to the course commencement date in lieu of forfeitures.
CPS Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved, and make any changes in course content as circumstances may require. Every effort will be made to advise students by phone or mail of cancellations before commencement date.
Administration fees will apply to all cancellations.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Challenge an Exam
CPS strongly believes that information provided during our training courses is fundamental to the the learning process and therefore does provide the opportunity to challenge exams. However some exams for some courses may be challenged if the student has considerable training and sufficient work experience in the course topic.
